dinner (feat. shitty lighting) is homemade avocado&veganmayo sushi with wasabi, pickled ginger, & soy sauce.
late (and lazy) sunday breakfast is choc chip chai tea and a piece of homemade banana bread ☕👍
dinner is homemade vegan chilli topped with some mashed avocado 😍 (first ever attempt at chilli - no recipe haha just kind of winged it!)
ugly but yummy homemade dahl for dinner (in my defence it’s super difficult to make dahl look attractive 😝)
aaah it’s so rainy today - it’s even dark inside the house! lunch was rice paper rolls (tofu, mung bean noodle, avocado, shallots) with sweet chilli sauce 👌
breakfast ☺ wholemeal toast with vegemite & tomato, & strawberry-apple juice 🍓🍏
late breakfast is a piece of my homemade banana bread and coffee ☺
spoiling myself ☺ organic chai latte with almond milk, & sour cherry & vanilla organic raw pana chocolate 🍫
lunch 🍝 linguine with semi dried tomatoes, basil pesto, & cracked pepper
very very late lunch - homemade sushi 😍 tofu & vegan mayo, & avocado rolls served with pickled ginger & soy sauce
dinner is homemade sushi 😍 avocado, and avocado & spicy tofu sushi served with soy sauce, pickled ginger, & wasabi. (tum is all better! I can eat again! admire the greaaaat rolling skills I possess 😂)
lunch (nausea is mostly gone! yay!) - roasted veg & steamed peas, & gravy on the side 😍
breakfast of (sick) champions - dry vegan froot loops. (still terribly nauseous so this is all I can manage 😔)
