My breakfast today was a spinach, apple, mango and soy milk smoothie in a bowl topped with banana, nectarine, blueberries, raspberries, goji berris and almonds. SO good :)

Raspberries, maca, cacao, water + ice blended into ice cream topped with blueberries, extra raspberries and cacao powder. Chocolate for breakfast always means it’ll be a good day.
This morning I noticed that I’ve been reaching for foods that fit into a semi cooked semi raw plant based version of 80/10/10. I guess my body feels best on plant fuel.
