had like three hours sleep in three days so it’s vegan lasagne baking time😍 ( nearly all organic too👌)
breakfast after night shift is three-grain porridge (with flame raisins, dried coconut & apple pieces) plus half a banana & a butt-tonne of cinnamon 😂 (sleep time for me!)
dinner😋spicy homemade vegan chilli with organic brown rice, mashed avocado, & homemade tofu sour cream👌soooo good
3am work food (ugh 3.5 hours to go waaaaah)🍇 grapes & carrot sticks with sundried tomato hummus & sugar-free v 👌
baked some ugly homemade soft pretzels for boyfriend and i for brunch today👌(it was like 2pm and we hadn’t eaten so yeah… also we didn’t have mustard boooooo 😫)
boyfriend and i barely ever eat dessert yay yum ☺ vanilla soy ice-cream, sugar-free chocolate powder & strawberries 🍓🍓🍓!
night shift food (+ some unpictured dry fruity bites cereal for later)👌so not hungry or wanting to work with this f***ing head cold ugh at least I can have my precious codral drink soon 😔
breakfast for the girl with a head cold 😖avocado, lemon juice & pepper on toasted w/w english muffin (featuring my multivitamin, vitamin D, & a surprisingly #vegan codral flu drink thing)
dinner 🍜 mung bean noodle stir fry with veggies, marinated tofu, garlic, chilli, five spice, & ginger👌(sauce is just a random combination of things I put together haha)
dinner is a terribly wrapped mixed-grain veggie & black bean burrito, a small taco salad & pear cider 🍐👌
favourite breakfast ever👌toasted wholemeal english muffin with avocado, pepper & lemon juice + a sugar-free hot chocolate ☺ happy tum!
